All orders are lovely wrapped in paper tissue and secured snuggly in eco mailing boxes to ensure they get to you in the perfect condition they leave our workshop.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange

You can return any unwanted items to us, providing they are unused and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.
Contact info@barnabyskincare.com, give us the reason for your return and we will give you a returns reference number and a returns address. Please make sure the products are unsealed, unopened, in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time.
If your order is incorrect or damaged on receipt, please CONTACT US straight away and we will organise an immediate replacement at no further cost to you. After notifying us, we will request that the item is returned to us within 7 days.
